No salmon boats out today but we do have several heading out in the morning. Hopefully we will have a new batch of them heading up from the south.

Bottom fishing was really good this morning and quite a few nice Lingcod of all sizes hitting the filet tables. The rockfish fishing was also really good with not every one getting there limit but they were close with the others getting there limits. Crabbing remains strong as it has been all summer long.

Fishing Report: 09/10/2025

We have had such a great summer catching crab for our customers this is what you can make with the crab meat....Crab Cakes....Mmmm Good...

Salmon fishing slowed today so we are hopeful that the next group of fish trying to get north to their original homes in the rivers to the north will show up on our next trips out there.

Yesterday the Samson had a Tuna trip and brought home just a little under 3 real nice sized Albacore tuna for his customers. Good Day !!

Bottom fishing today appeared to be a good morning as there were some Lingcod in the totes and lots of bottom fish in all of the totes. Crabbing as we have been saying has never been quite as good as this summer from this persons memory.
