Salmon are biting
Fishing Report: 06/26/2026
The skipper on the Triumph brought home five really nice salmon the first of the year here at Dockside. That means they are beginning to show up. The season lasts till the end of August then the September season begins so come on down and catch a salmon.
There were no throwbacks...all keepers
Bottom fishing was also good today and the crabbing continues to improve as the Samson brought back in over 100 crabs for the 2nd day in a row.

*Yelloweye and Quillback rockfish prohibited at all times in all waters
*Canary daily sub-bag rockfish of 2 fish per angler
*Fishing open all depths year around
*Cabezon prohibited until 1 fish sub bag limit beginning July 1st-minimum length 16 inches- Lingcod bag limit 3 fish per angler minimum length 22 inches
*Flatfish bag limit 25 fish per angler
*Longleader fishing offshore outside 40 fathom regulators line-10 fish per angler-some specie restrictions do apply on this fishery do exist so check all ODFW regulations for this fishery.

The boats are still out there this morning but wanted to let you all know what a great catch will be coming into the filet tables at Dockside Charters at 11am this morning. Some great sized rockfish, some really nice Copper rockfish and lots of Lingcod biting the hooks this morning like the one the young man caught in the picture. More later......

Good fishing day in the fog

The fishing today was really good with a good assortment of rockfish reported and some really nice Lingcod as well. The word over the radio today was that the secret holes out there for some of the skippers produced some really nice sized Copper rockfish like the one in the picture. The crabbing also produced some good scores especially in the past few days with today was around 4-8 per person on the different boats.
